Gail Remy has had two careers in dental hygiene. The first was after graduating with the second dental hygiene class from OU in 1974. When Gail became a mom she decided to stay home with her two daughters. After eighteen years she rejoined the profession. That was thirteen years ago. The best part of her profession is developing relationships with patients as they work together to improve their oral health.
Outside of dentistry Gail enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband Bruce take to the road each spring to visit their daughter Carolyn in Portland, Oregon. This is an opportunity to camp and hike in some gorgeous country. In Norman Gail enjoys her garden, reading, and Pilates with her daughter Helen.
I have been a Dental Assistant for 14 years. I have been happily married for 34 years and have 2 grown children and 2 granddaughter’s.
My husband and I love traveling out of the country. When at home we love spending time with our family.
Rylee is 21 years old and is from Lexington, Oklahoma. She likes spending time with her family, friends and five dogs.
Her favorite hobby is to travel to any beach. Rylee aspires to further her education and become a dental hygienist.
Michi has worked with us since 2008. She enjoys photography, travel, skiing, gardening, and spending time with her family (including her puppy, Herbie).
My name is Hannah Harrington and I am the new Registered Dental Hygienist at Berry Road Family Dentistry. Before I greet you in my dental chair I would like to introduce you to the woman behind the mask.
I was born in a small town in Colorado. Most people think of the mountains when it comes to Colorado, but my rural hometown was flat ranch and farmland. After graduation I moved to Goodwell, Oklahoma to attend Oklahoma Panhandle State University on an athletic and academic scholarship. I competed in college rodeo for four years while obtaining a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree, with an emphasis in Photography. I then traded my cowgirl boots in for scrubs and moved to Oklahoma City to further my education. I graduated from the Rose State Allied Dental program as a registered dental hygienist. Helping my patients with oral hygiene has proved to be a rewarding experience. When I am not at work I am taking care of my two dogs, doing photography sessions, and with my boyfriend experiencing what the Norman/OKC area has to offer.
I am thankful to be an addition to Berry Road Family Dentistry. The interaction here between patient and clinician creates a warm friendly atmosphere. I have had great experiences with the people that I have met so far and am looking forward to meeting the rest of the you at your next dental cleaning.
